Education, Healing and Hope - Breast Cancer Survivor Conference

9:00am- 2:30pm • Hilton Garden Inn • Missoula, MT

Lillie Shockney, R.N., B.S., M.A.S, will share insight from her book Stealing Second base: A Breast Cancer Survivor's Experience and Breast Cancer Expert's Story, a unique, empowering, and often humorous story about her breast cancer experience from many perspectives. She will share her motivational and medical expertise and provide practical, important information on breast cancer, diagnosis treatment, and pre- and post-surgery quality of life.

During the "Table Talk" luncheon, participants can choose the group topic they would like to learn more about. The afternoon session will be a presentation on developing your own Survivor Care Plan.

Women who have had breast cancer feel the effects of their disease long after treatment is complete. Periodic visits to physicians offices are not adequately designed to meet their informational and emotional needs. This conference strives to bring women and men and those who love them together to inform, inspire and help them feel connected, rather than isolated.

Who should attend: Breast cancer survivors, family members and friends of survivors.

NOTE:  When you register, it will say 'buy tickets' -- The conference is free of charge but buying a ticket is the only 'language' available.  Please fill out the requested information.  Thank you!!
