2012-13 Grant Guidelines

Based on the findings and conclusions of the 2011 Community Profile Report, the Montana Affiliate is currently accepting proposals for innovative projects that fall within the Komen Continuum of Care and target services to the underserved populations of Montana.

The RFP sets the criteria for applying for Komen Affiliate grants, including deliverables under the grant contract, evaluation criteria, grants structure and budget and other qualifying guidelines that must be met before the proposal is sent to review.
