Capital City Health Club will be hosting a Registration Day for the 2012 Race for the Cure on April 23. Registration will be $25 and Free Starbucks Coffee will be available from 7am to 10am.

RACE DAY -- MAY 19, 2012

2012 will be the 18th Komen Montana Race for the Cure to be held at Montana's Capitol in Helena. 

The Race is the largest fundraising event for finding a cure for Breast Cancer.  The money raised through the Race provides funds to Montana grantees and helps fund national research.  To date, $1.2 million has been awarded in Montana for education, screening and diagnosis.  LET RAISE MORE THIS YEAR -- GREAT PRIZES FOR FUNDRAISERS!  Together we will end breast cancer forever. 

The Komen Montana Race for the Cure offers three events – a one mile walk or run, a 5K, and the Sleep in for the Cure.  The Sleep in for the Cure allows supporters to participate even though they can’t join us in Helena on Race day. 

Registration fees for each event are as follows:

• Adults -- $25 early registration through April 1
                $30 regular registration 
• Children under 18 -- $12
• Sleep in for the Cure -- $37 (your t-shirt will be mailed to wear on Race day)
• Team Tailgate -- $20
• T-shirt shipping -- $7, this only applies if you would like your t-shirt mailed before the Race

Registration Deadlines

• Mail-in registration must be received by May 11, 2012.
• Team registration closes on May 12, 2012.
• Online registration for individuals closes on May 18 (online team registration closes May 12).
• In-person registration can be completed up to the time of the Race.
• Sleep-in for the Cure registration follows the same registration dates as above, although Sleep-in Participants must register by May 12 in order to receive their t-shirts by Race day.

Can't Register Online?
Komen Montana allows race participants to register via postal mail through May 12, 2012.  Please mail team registrations in one packet to expedite the registration process.  REGISTRATION FORM

T-Shirts
Although Komen Montana makes every effort to have appropriately-sized t-shirts for every participant available on or before Race Day, we are not able to guarantee that a t-shirt will be available for every Race participant due to last minute registrations and size changes.  T-shirts will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.  This year we are offering the option of having your t-shirt mailed for $7 to be included with registration fee.  Any Race participant not receiving a t-shirt by Race day has the option to receive a t-shirt via postal mail after the Race.  Sleep in for the Cure participants will also receive a t-shirt in the mail.  Sleep-in registration must be completed by May 12 for the t-shirt to be received by Race day.
