Additionally, Komen for the Cure ranked second on the 2010 list of the nation’s most trusted charities. Thank you to all who help us daily in the fight to end breast cancer!
MAKE AN IMPACT AS A KOMEN VOLUNTEER!
|
More than twenty five years ago, Nancy G. Brinker promised her sister that she would do everything possible to put an end to breast cancer. Today, thanks to more than 100,000 survivors, volunteers, and activists across the globe, Komen for the Cure® is the world's largest, most progressive grassroots organization fighting breast cancer. Here in Montana, volunteers have brought their passion and enthusiasm to organizing the Susan G. Komen's Montana Race for the Cure. The Race is not just about raising money to provide mammograms and to further breast cancer research. The Race also honors our neighbors and loved ones who have suffered from this disease and raises awareness so that future generations are spared from this suffering. |
Thank you to the 2011 Race Committee!
These wonderful group of women and men volunteered many hours to planning and executing the 2011 Race for the Cure. Thank you for the many hours of work that MAKE AN IMPACT in the fight against breast cancer. |
